Shipping
Order Cut-Off Time:
Most Orders will ship out the same business day if the order is placed by 12:00 pm PST (Monday thru Friday).
Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the first business day in the order they were received.
Tracking numbers will be uploaded within 24 hours of Carrier pickup.
For all orders shipped via UPS Ground within the 48 contiguous United States, shipping and handling cost is determined upon the size and weight of your package(s). When ordering, please be sure to provide a complete, accurate, and valid physical street address to ensure timely shipping. This means include any apartment numbers, suite numbers, and street types (i.e. Dr, Ln, Cir, Ave, Blvd, etc.). If an order is returned to us by UPS for any reason (i.e. undeliverable address), you can only be refunded for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Saturday Delivery Note: Any order shipping via Ground, Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air will NOT include Saturday Delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Oversize/Overweight Shipments Requiring Freight
If you have questions about oversize or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please Contact-us. Any order exceeding 150 lbs will be shipped via Truck LTL Freight. Somebody must be on site to receive the shipment and sign for delivery. Online checkout option using Freight Method is only available for the Lower 48 States.
While cross-country shipments typically take 4 to 6 business days, 1 to 2 business days is standard for interstate moves.
If you live in a state with a small population like Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, or South Dakota, however, you can expect transit times to be anywhere from 7 to 10 days. This is mainly because of the limited number of available trucks.
Shipping Costs.
Occasionally we are able to negotiate a cheaper shipping rate than quoted, when this happens, we will adjust the invoice to reflect the reduced cost. Due to errors in shipping calculations, rates can occasionally be higher than stated, if excessive, we reserve the right to contact customer and cancel or adjust order.
Returns
Our Returns Policy.
We will accept returns for up to 30 days after you have received the item(s) minus a 20% restocking fee (if applicable) (not including original shipping and handling fee and any actual shipping charges that we incur). Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. Please note that some items are not returnable after opening.
RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED.
Should you receive a product you didn’t order or an incomplete shipment, we will make every attempt to correct your order or issue a refund for the missing items. In cases such as these, we will reimburse you for any return shipping charges you incur. In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail at Sales@AtomicPartsandSupply.com and follow the instructions below on how to return items. Once your damaged product(s) have been returned to us, we will send a replacement immediately. In this case, we will pay for any additional shipping charges.
How to return something.
Before returning a product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an e-mail to Sales@AtomicPartsandSupply.com.
Please include the following information:
Your order/invoice number, your name, product being returned, reason for return, phone number and e-mail address.
